Relax on the large wrap-around deck and watch the world go by.  Or sit on the private deck outside the master bedroom and see the dolphins playing in the ocean.   

Our house sleeps 10 people comfortably in private bedrooms (sleeper sofa in living area).  Three full bathrooms so there's "no waiting".  TV's in each bedroom except kids room.  There is also a DVD to watch movies on rainy days. 

Gas grill and patio on the lower deck with a swing to enjoy being "out of the sunshine" while you sip a cool drink and watch the kids play on the playground.  No smoking and no pets please.

Relax in this cozy beach cottage and know that just a few steps away is the Atlantic Ocean!  The playground is so close you can hear your childrens' laughter!  House has one queen size bedroom; one double; one twin; a sleeper sofa will sleep two extra guests.  There is also a washer/dryer for your convenience.  Very relaxing!
