In 2005, I walked into a 1926 Beach House on St Augustine Beach and knew I had found a new calling. I come from a large family of 5 children as does my husband Brad. Some of my fondest memories are when we come together to hang out for 3 or 4 days. The little ones always come up with a \u201cPlay\u201d. The adults congregate in the Kitchen passing down the \u201cFamily Recipes\u201d to the next generation and playing Games. We are a big Game family, board games, cards but especially Rummikub. We start them at 5 and my Mother is still winning at 95. If you have never played, you must. I make sure there is one in each house. Once you are hooked, I hope you will think of your St Augustine vacation every time you play and call me to book your next stay.<\/p>\n

So, I bought that 1926 Craftsman at 2 1st<\/sup>Lane, gutted it and turned it into The Chautauqua with 7 Bedrooms. It has been a rewarding success. In 2011, my Father found 4 Homes on an Oceanfront compound close by at 2 9th Street. I spent the next year remodeling them into The Seaside Cottages with 1 to 5 Bedrooms they can sleep 2 to 35.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The Best part is not only the homes but the BEACH. There are only 18 streets on the \u201cBest Beach\u201d between A Street and the Pier. \u00a0No Cars on the Sand while you sunbath. No long Catwalks. The Ocean right at your door. Wonderful waves for Boogie Boarding and great sand for Drip Castles. Plus Walking distance to amazing Restaurants. It does not get any better than this! Check out my LIVE VIDEO!<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Then I discovered the \u201ccharm\u201d of Downtown St Augustine. At night it is like strolling an old European City. Everyone walks. In 2016 I decide to move there and renovated 4 more Homes, ranging from 1 to 4 Bedrooms and sleeping 2 to 14 each. They are only 2 blocks apart making it perfect for Downtown Weddings with the Bride taking one house and the Groom the other. And everything is only a half mile<\/p>\n stroll to St George Street, the Center of Historic Downtown and all the Restaurants, Sights and Music it has to offer.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n My Goal is to help you create lasting Vacation Memories you will cherish for a lifetime.
