In 2012 Ocean Lakes implemented a new policy holding homeowners responsible for the actions of their tenants. The fines range from $500 to $1000 including the possibility of the homeowner losing their lease rights. In an effort to avoid this we do require a $300 refundable deposit that is due within 10 days of making your reservation. This is a non negotiable deposit! If your deposit is not received within 10 days the dates will become available again on the calendar. The $300 deposit has been put into place to curb misconduct, golf cart violations and to make sure our home stays clean and undamaged so that everyone can enjoy their stay. Any fines against the site will be passed on to the tenant. No exceptions! You must be 25 years old to rent the property.
